The Role

More Than a Cup of Coffee

As a barista here, you're the first friendly face our regulars see in the morning. We take our drinks seriously — but we take hospitality even more seriously. Whether you're pulling your first espresso shot or have been behind the bar for years, we'll invest in your training and trust you with the bar.
We're a small team, which means you'll wear a few hats and have a real say in how we do things. If you're someone who takes pride in your work and shows up ready to make someone's day better, we want to talk.
What You'll Do

Day-to-Day

• Prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages with consistency and care
• Welcome every guest warmly — learn their names, their orders, their stories
• Keep a clean, organized bar and follow health and sanitation standards
• Handle the POS system, process orders accurately, and manage cash transactions
• Help with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Restock supplies and let the team know when things run low
• Share your enthusiasm for coffee and help curious guests find something they'll love

What We're Looking For

The Right Fit

• Previous barista or food service experience is a plus — but not required; we train
• A genuine love for hospitality and making people feel welcome
• Reliable, punctual, and a real team player
• Comfortable on your feet for extended periods of time
• Available for early mornings, weekends, and some holidays
• Strong communicator who can multitask without losing the smile
