Cafe Supervisor\

Moguls is a small, independent cafe that takes pride in great coffee and building community. We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor to join our leadership team and help the cafe run smoothly.

What you'll do

• Work alongside the team and lead by example
• Coach and train team members, including new hires
• Give warm, attentive service and help resolve customer concerns
• Order stock and maintain inventory levels
• Keep daily operations organised, clean, and ready for service
• Support opening, closing, and cash handling

What you bring

• Dependable, organised, and willing to take responsibility
• A practical, team-oriented leadership style
• Strong communication skills
• Calm, focused, and helpful when it's busy
• Coffee or cafe experience preferred; training provided
