BRKTHROUGH is a brand new and immersive social entertainment experience designed to make participants feel like they have entered another world. The new concept is the future of in-person entertainment for groups of all kinds, with its combination of wildly entertaining gameplay, and great food and drinks. The space will open with 40 unique and high-technology game rooms where teams will encounter physical, mental, and skill-based challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Enthusiastically greet guests
  • Processing credit card/cash payments in efficient and friendly manner
  • Utilize the POS for all transactions
  • Sell BRKTHROUGH merchandise to guests while maintaining the company's standard in Guests service
  • Deliver engaging, positive and authentic Guests experience with all guests
  • Demonstrate a Guests centric mindset by role modeling selling behaviors with a passion for the brand
  • Generate pride and loyalty about the game rooms
  • Deliver ordered food to guests
  • Properly clean and sanitize all food preparation areas along with tables and bar
  • Wash and appropriately store all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cups, glasses, and dishes
  • Clean and restock bar area, empty trash and sanitize equipment
  • Deliver results and contribute to the location’s success
  • Team Member needs to be able to communicate effectively with multiple guests while efficiently processing transactions
  • Manages flow from the front doors, efficiently help Guests with needs and directing as needed
  • Ensuring all guests have a valid waiver on file
  • Sweep and mop the kitchen floors and bar area as well as wiping down kitchen walls
  • Assist with the unloading of delivered food supplies.
  • Organize and correctly store food supplies including Fifo procedures

  • Ability and willingness to take on additional tasks
  • Adheres to federal, state and local labor laws
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays, and understands and complies with all scheduling policies and practices
  • Secures and maintains any assigned company property
  • Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds
