Position Overview:
The server is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and introduce the menu.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring correct presentation.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction during their visit.
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns or complaints professionally.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage items is preferred.
