Job Overview

Responsibilities 

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations
  • Operate Toast POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices
  • Manage inventory levels of bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies regarding food safety
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages
  • Friday thruough Sunday availability required

Skills

  • Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or brewery setting is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
  • Basic math skills for managing transactions and inventory calculations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Experience in catering or banquet service is an advantage
  • A passion for the food and beverage industry with a willingness to learn
