• Maintain a friendly, positive, and professional attitude at all times
• Organize and manage seating efficiently to support servers and kitchen flow
• Handle phone calls, answer questions, and take takeout orders accurately
• Package and prepare takeout orders for pickup
• Communicate clearly with guests, servers, and management
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and front-of-house area
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting them as needed
• Support servers by helping with guest needs when required
