Line Cook

Job Overview

El Camino Elgin Street is hiring line cooks! Experience in a high volume establishment is an asset but not a necessity. A suitable candidate will need to be available for night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Candidates will need to be able to close the restaurant (we close between midnight and 2am depending upon the day of the week). You will need a strong work ethic and a positive attitude as well as the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a team environment, maintain cleanliness and order, and ensure food is up to standard. Our kitchens provide a fun and rewarding work place with opportunity for career advancement.
Starting wage is $16 - $20/ hour (based on your experience level and ability) with room for growth + generous bi-weekly tipout (up to $5/ hour), free food while your work, and employee discounts at the other restaurants in our group.
Our restaurant group includes:El Camino, Datsun, Riviera, Shelby Burger, and Giulia.
