Front Counter Team Member - Bristow

CraftWorx BBQ & Brews (District BBQ)

CraftWorx BBQ & Brews is seeking friendly, dependable team members to join our Front Counter staff. This role is essential to creating a great guest experience by welcoming customers, taking orders, assembling meals, and ensuring food is delivered quickly and accurately.Front Counter Team Members work closely with both guests and the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service

  • Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Interact with customers to take food and drink orders
  • Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
  • Ensure every guest has the best possible experience from arrival through departure

Order Assembly & Packaging

  • Assemble and package orders for dine-in and takeout
  • Verify accuracy of all orders before they are delivered to guests
  • Organize completed orders for pickup or delivery to tables

Food Preparation Support

  • When needed, assist the kitchen team by:
  • Preparing BBQ sandwiches and other menu items
  • Working with deep fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment
  • Assisting with basic food preparation tasks
  • Restocking food, supplies, and packaging materials

Dining Room

  • Deliver completed orders to guests in the dining area
  • Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Assist with clearing tables and
  • Maintain a clean dining environment and clean and organized front counter and dining area
  • Restock napkins, condiments, utensils, and drink stations
  • Assist with opening and closing cleaning tasks

Qualifications

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work well with both guests and team members
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required

  • Day, evening, and weekend shifts available
  • Part-time and full-time positions available
  • Flexible scheduling
