Responsibilities 

• Be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Available for immediate start.
• Be able to work Monday-Sunday with various working hours
• Be able to multi-task while conversing with guests.
• Passion for guest service.
• Greet all guests with a smile upon arrival.
• Take orders placed over the phone by our customers and enter them into the POS system.
• Manage in-person and telephone guest inquiries and customer service requests.

Skills 

• Excellent Customer Service skills required.
• Be able to communicate effectively.
• Punctuality and attendance are extremely important.
