Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery: Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation and accuracy.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear used dishes, refill drinks, clean spills, and reset tables efficiently.
  • Payment Processing: Present bills, process payments (cash, card), and handle transactions.
  • Teamwork & Support: Assist colleagues, run food for other servers, and help with closing duties.
  • Menu Knowledge: Memorize the menu, including specials, ingredients, and potential allergens.
