  • Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management.
  • Participate in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and cooking appliances.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food service operations and kitchen protocols.
  • Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
  • Experience as a dietary aide or in menu planning is a plus but not required.
