Responsibilities 

  • Ensuring all customer complaints are always taken seriously and ensure all complaints are reported to owner of company(s)
  • Hiring person for this department
  • Conducting job tasks and ensuring all hiring is completed.
  • Director will be in charge of all Disciplinary unless further action is nessecary.
  • Visiting said job sites when there is complaints made on by employee to evaluate and must provide documentation if ever on job site and a probkem occurs or a act is caught that violates company policy call owner immediately.
