Key Responsibilities

  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen

  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly sanitized and stored

  • Assist with trash removal and recycling

  • Keep floors clean and dry to maintain a safe working environment

  • Support kitchen staff with basic prep tasks as needed

  • Restock clean dishes and supplies for service

  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

  • Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to cleanliness and detail

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs

  • Previous experience is a plus, but not required

  • Fast-paced kitchen setting

  • Exposure to heat, water, and cleaning chemicals

  • Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required
