OUR STORY

WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Welcome and Serve Guests

2. Execute Food Prep and Production
Follow recipes to prepare salads, subs, appetizers, pastas, and pizzas. Pre-top items, stock ingredients, and keep prep lines clean and organized.
3. Maintain Cleanliness and Sanitation
Clean dining areas, restrooms, kitchen surfaces, and equipment. Mop floors, fold pizza boxes, and complete shift cleaning tasks as needed.
4. Set Up and Close Down with Excellence
Start shifts strong by completing prep and stocking duties. End them strong by helping set the next shift up for success—restocking, freezing pulls, and ensuring everything’s ready to roll.
5. Communicate and Collaborate
Work side-by-side with teammates and communicate clearly with managers. Be adaptable, helpful, and positive—even when it’s busy.

WILL YOU FIT IN HERE?

We’re not building a team—we’re building a legacy. Our restaurants run on values, not vibes—and if you don’t live these values, you won’t last long. These aren’t just words we shout in a huddle. They’re who we are, what we expect, and how we lead.
You’ll fit right in if this sounds like you:
You’re Built to Serve.
You find joy in helping people. Whether it’s a guest, a coworker, or a stranger—we don’t walk past problems, we solve them with heart. If the words “That’s not my job” live rent-free in your brain, this ain’t it.
You Care Like It’s Yours.
You treat the business, the space, the product, and the people like you own it. Details matter. You don’t walk over a mess, you clean it. You don’t ignore a bad guest experience, you fix it. That’s ownership.
You’re All-In.
You show up on time, you show up with energy, and you don’t half-ass the mission. You take feedback, push yourself, and do things the right way, even when no one’s watching. Especially then.
You Stay Open.
Egos get checked at the door. You’re coachable, curious, and willing to learn from anyone. You don’t need to be the loudest, just the most growth-minded.
You Bring the Fire.
You show up with positive energy, team spirit, and enthusiasm. Guests feel it. The team feeds off it. We don’t do dull here—we bring the vibe every shift.

And if that’s not you?
If you’re just looking for a clock-in-and-coast gig, or if you like drama, excuses, or hiding behind “that’s how I’ve always done it”—this won’t feel good. And that’s fine. We’re not for everyone. But if you’re about getting better, serving hard, and building something bigger than yourself—then welcome home.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Must be 15 years or older (with valid work authorization for minors)
  • Able to stand/walk for full shifts
  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs consistently, and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Comfortable with bending, twisting, repetitive tasks
  • Available for mid, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • No experience required—we train the right attitude
