Job Overview

  • Base hourly rate of $18 per hour.
  • Tip pool is consistently $5-7 hourly, on top of your base pay.

Responsibilities

  • Food preparation, ingredient handling, follow recipes correctly,
  • Take care for food quality and consistency.
  • Bulk tasks such as preparing produce, portioning beef, making sauces and syrups.
  • Work from our systematic prep lists, get ahead on prep if the team is caught up.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing, maintaining an organized work station (clean as you go).
  • Operate and maintain prep equipment and machines. (beef portioning machine, onion ring machine, veggie slicers, etc).
  • Following safety regulations. Adhere to equipment care and operational procedures.
  • Assist with dishwashing. Help to maintain cold and dry storage organization and cleanliness.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience as a cook, food preparation, or food handling.
  • Able to lift up to 35 lbs at times during your shift.
