Skopos Hospitality is a cutting-edge group of restaurants and bars located in Northern New Jersey. We are known for our craft cocktails and seasonal pub-style food menus, all set in uniquely designed spaces that transport our guests.
Responsibilities:

  • After adequate training, we expect you to master each station in the kitchen
  • Accurately handling food items to minimize waste
  • Knowledgeable of equipment safety practices
  • Accountable for food safety guidelines per Dept. of Health
  • Ability to learn, understand, and execute recipes
  • Preparing mise en place for daily service
  • Expected to show up in a timely fashion, in a clean uniform, in a clear-minded state of being

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1+ year line cook experience
  • Availability on weekend nights is required
  • Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and knife handling
  • ServSafe certification is a plus!
