Responsibilities

  • Offering a warm welcome to customers and directing them to their respective seating areas
  • Accurately taking food and beverage orders and relaying to the kitchen staff
  • Accommodating families by providing booster seats, children’s menus, and high chairs
  • Informing customers of daily special menu items
  • Ensuring customers are receiving the correct orders before delivering meals to the tables
  • Presenting guests with their bills and processing payments through POS system
  • Provide excellent customer service experience to guests
  • Maintaining cleanliness Standards in back of house and front of house
  • Assist with restocking food and beverage supply
