Job Overview

Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take drink orders and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, and other beverages according to recipes or customer preferences
Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces and washing glassware
Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales revenue
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for cash handling and making change accurately
Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
