Sales Matter
We believe serving is a professional sales position.
Our job isn't to pressure guests into buying more.
Our job is to understand what they're looking for, confidently guide them through the menu, and recommend the food and drinks that will create the best possible experience.

That means building the perfect check through great recommendations—not by overselling, but by serving with knowledge, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm.
Our Standards
We're proud of the culture we've built, and we work hard to protect it.
A few things are non-negotiable:
- Be on time.
- Treat every guest and coworker with respect.
- Phones stay out of sight while you're on the floor.
- Follow all alcohol service laws and complete our required MLBA alcohol safety training.
- Serving alcohol to a minor is grounds for immediate termination.
- Arrive in proper uniform and ready to work.
- Keep your section clean, pre-bussed, and organized.
- Take ownership of your responsibilities.
- Bring a positive attitude every shift.
Earning Potential
Our servers have the opportunity to earn excellent tips.
While every shift is different, it's uncommon for a server to leave without earning at least $100 in tips. During our busiest seasons, experienced servers regularly have sales that create significantly higher earning potential.
Your income is directly tied to your ability to provide outstanding hospitality, build relationships, and confidently guide the guest experience.
Scheduling
We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities.
Night and weekend availability is required.
Sundays are one of our busiest days and are a huge plus for applicants.
October, the holiday season, and the Cornerstone Christmas Experience are our busiest times of the year, so limited time off is available during those seasons.
Experience
Serving experience is preferred, and bartending experience is a plus.
We can teach someone how to serve. What we can't teach is genuine hospitality, a strong work ethic, integrity, common sense, and a positive attitude.
