BOH Responsibilities
• You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation under the direction of the manager
• You’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standard in food safety
• Use equipment such as knives, deep fryers, ovens, and cook tops safely and efficiently
• Follow recipes, builds, stock lists, and cleaning schedules
• Work cleanly, quickly and efficiently
• Work an entire shift on your feet
Specific Job Requirements
• Experience in the industry is a bonus
• To serve alcohol, you must have your “Serve it Right” through the SLGA
• Food Safe certification is a benefit
• You’re good with people.
• You have a general knowledge of pos systems
• You’ve got practical communication skills.
