Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate calendars and appointments for clients and team members.
- Schedule and confirm meetings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Maintain and update client records and databases.
- Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
