Role Overview

We’re looking for energetic and reliable Front of House team members to join our Richardson DFW location.
You’ll be the first point of contact for guests—taking orders, assisting guests with the menu, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience in-store and for delivery orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with confidence and urgency, keeping service fast, accurate, and genuinely welcoming.
  • Take accurate orders (in-person and online pickups)
  • Guide guests through the menu and make recommendations
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct orders
  • Manage delivery pickups (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.)
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues calmly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front area

Requirements

  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset
  • Availability for evenings and weekends
  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
