We’re an Asian buffet under new management, and we’re building a friendly, customer-focused front of house team. We’re looking for a motivated FOH Supervisor who enjoys working with people, takes pride in great service, and can help lead our servers and bussers. What You’ll Do

  • Supervise daily FOH operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead and support servers, hosts, and bussers during shifts.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns when needed.
  • Train and coach FOH staff on service standards and company policies.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate service and timing.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and cash handling duties.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous restaurant experience (supervisory or leadership experience is a plus, not required).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service periods.
  • Willingness to learn and grow into higher management roles.
