Bartender Responsibilities 

1. Drink Preparation

  • Prepare alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages accurately
  • Follow standard recipes and portion control
  • Garnish drinks professionally
  • Maintain speed and consistency during busy hours

2. Bar Management

  • Set up and stock the bar before service
  • Monitor inventory (liquor, mixers, garnishes)
  • Restock and order supplies when needed
  • Ensure proper storage of alcohol

3. Customer Interaction

  • Engage with guests at the bar
  • Recommend drinks based on preferences
  • Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere

4. Compliance & Safety

  • Check IDs and verify legal drinking age
  • Avoid over-serving alcohol
