Job Summary
City Post Chophouse seeks an Assistant Manager for this premier steakhouse, Speakeasy and event space in the heart of historic Georgetown, Texas. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of management experience, a can-do attitude, and a friendly personality. Fine-dining Steakhouse experience is a plus.
- Responsible for operations and managing guests and team in the evening in a steakhouse and speakeasy enviornment.
- Staff management skills required: scheduling, coaching, corrective action, etc.
- Will participate in staff training, including steps of service, food, and beverage knowledge, etc.
- Must be a self-starter, team player, team leader, and motivator.
- Will perform daily checklists for health and safety standards.
- Must be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the chef or general manager.
