  • Customer Service
    Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
    Take orders, answer questions about the menu, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.

  • Food Preparation
    Prepare and assemble a variety of food items including wraps, acai bowls, smoothies, and juices.
    Follow recipes and food safety standards to ensure the quality and presentation of every item.
    Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, especially during busy hours.
  • Barista Duties
    Make and serve a range of beverages such as coffee, smoothies, juices, and specialty drinks using the espresso machine and other equipment.
    Maintain high standards of beverage presentation and consistency.
  • Using the POS System
    Accurately enter customer orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
    Process payments via cash, card, or mobile payment options, ensuring accuracy in change and receipts.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including countertops, coffee machines, equipment, and dining area.
    Perform regular cleaning duties to ensure a safe and sanitary environment, including dishwashing, wiping down surfaces, and taking out trash.
    Ensure all food preparation areas meet health and safety standards.
  • Stocking and Inventory
    Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies (e.g., fruits, wraps, coffee beans, etc.).
    Inform management when items are running low and assist with restocking and rotating supplies.
  • Food Handling & Safety
    Follow all food safety procedures to handle and store ingredients properly.
    Ensure all food and beverages are served fresh and at the appropriate temperature.
  • Team Collaboration
    Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
    Assist with training new staff when needed, ensuring they follow company standards.
  • Customer Engagement and Upselling
    Engage with customers to encourage repeat business and enhance their experience.
    Suggest additional menu items, seasonal specials, or promotions to customers to increase sales.
  • Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution
    Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a calm and professional manner.
    Ensure a positive resolution to any service-related problems, escalating to management when necessary.
