Dober’s Roadhouse

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to house standards
Serve food and drinks to guests seated at the bar top and bar tables
Provide full table service within the bar area, including order taking, food running, and guest check-out
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
Support floor servers by preparing drinks, running beverages, and assisting during busy periods
Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Follow all alcohol service laws, safety guidelines, and cash-handling procedures
Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional customer service at all times
Assist with side work, opening/closing duties, and general cleanliness of the bar and bar seating areas
