WHAT YOU’LL DO
1. Lead Shift Execution and Energy
Run smooth, on-time shifts with confident leadership. Open and/or close with precision, follow checklists, and ensure standards are met.
2. Keep the Team Focused and Fired Up
Motivate and coach the team during service. Hold teammates accountable to performance and service expectations while being an active part of the floor.
3. Communicate Clearly and Proactively
Serve as the bridge between front-of-house, back-of-house, and leadership. Anticipate issues, speak up early, and collaborate to solve problems fast.
4. Own the Details That Matter
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, portioning, and efficiency are upheld. Enforce labor and food cost controls in real-time.
5. Support Training and Development
Help onboard and train new team members. Reinforce systems, coach to the standard, and create a learning environment every shift.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience as a Team Lead, Trainer, or Supervisor in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Ability to stand and/or walk for full shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform bending/twisting/repetitive tasks
- Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with food safety, service standards, and team coaching
- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
