Responsibilities
Duties and Resposibilities

  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, sheet trays, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Restock clean items to line and prep areas as needed
  • Clean and wipe down equipment exteriors, and back of house areas
    Cleaning and Maintenance
  • Regularly clean and maintain designated areas of the taproom, including the dining areas, bar area, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Sweep and mop the floor to keep it clean and free of debris.
  • Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work area

Team Player

  • Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor, answering questions and providing information about what is needed.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Safety and Sanitation

  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handwashing and glove usage when necessary.
  • Follow brewery policies regarding cleanliness, hygiene, and personal appearance.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor or appropriate staff member immediately.

Closing Duties
This position would arrive at 5pm and work till close until all dishes are cleaned and work area is cleaned up after. Kitchen closes at 8pm Wednesday and Thursday, 9pm of Friday and Saturday, and 7pm on Sunday.

  • Assist in closing procedures, which may include cleaning, restocking, and organizing duties as assigned.
  • Help with general cleanup tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash.
