The Dishwasher is essential in ensuring we have a smooth operation in the back of house that supports the upscale dining experience for guests.
Responsibilities

  • Wash all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers.
  • Correctly place and store clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
  • Stock serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
