Looking to have some fun and get paid for it? Are you reliable, friendly, and overall just an awesome human being that loves pizza (or at least likes to sell pizza)? North Mr. Pizza is hiring for a Counter Server/Cashier position!

  • Greet and acknowledge customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items as well as their ingredients and how foods are prepared and able to explain them to guests accurately
  • Take customers’ orders
  • Read customer orders back ensuring accuracy
  • Provide timely, pleasant, and polite food and beverage service to guests
  • Effectively deliver food orders at counter and tables
  • Uses point-of-sale system, making bills and receiving payment
  • Answer the phone and take orders
  • Ensure dining area is clean including but not limited to wiping down and sweeping under tables
  • Complete assigned side work in a timely fashion
  • Maintain sanitation of the restaurant including floors, tables, ledges, lowboys and counters
  • Restock cutlery, napkins, condiments etc.
  • Deal efficiently with patrons, coworkers and general public
  • Handle guest complaints and notify manager on duty immediately
  • Additional duties as required by management

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience in food service and hospitality area
  • Must love being involved with customers, enjoy selling and deliver consistently strong customer service
  • Proven record of delivering outstanding customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with guests and staff
  • Track record of working in a flexible timetable based on employers requirements
  • Eager to perform all kinds of additional tasks assigned by the manager
  • Track record of working efficiently in a fast-paced and noisy environment.

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time
Pay: $12.00/hr
