Position Summary

Servers at Tycoon are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through accuracy, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. You’ll manage your section with confidence, maintain strong menu knowledge, and execute service standards that keep the room moving smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
• Guide guests through food, beverage, and feature offerings
• Maintain full menu, allergy, and ingredient knowledge
• Enter orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages with proper timing and presentation
• Manage your section with awareness, pacing, and communication
• Handle payment transactions and close checks cleanly
• Maintain table maintenance standards (pre‑bus, resets, cleanliness)
• Work closely with bartenders, hosts, and support staff to keep service flowing
• Uphold Tycoon’s hospitality, appearance, and conduct standards at all times

• Prior serving experience in a fast‑paced or elevated dining environment
• Strong communication and guest‑service instincts
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient under pressure
