FRONT OF HOUSE
Your job is to provide our guests with a warm, friendly dining experience. You create great feelings for our guests, which ensures their loyalty. You must create a hospitable environment through your body language, smile, tone of voice, enthusiasm, positive attitude, generosity, and sense of urgency. You are receptive to the needs of your guest and fellow team members.

Busser/Barback/Expo/Runner
- As part of the back up team you also have plenty of responsibility. You have to make sure to deliver out guests’ food promptly, you have to make sure all areas of the front of the house stay clean before, during and after service. But also make sure during service to fulfill all of our guests’ needs or requests.

Hostess/Cashier
- You must have a sense of urgency when greeting our guests and getting them to a table. This does not mean you rush them, but you certainly don’t ignore them when they walk through the doors or make them wait for a long time if we have tables available. Your warmth, friendliness, and attention to detail are ways of telling our guests that you really care. You are the first and last point of contact for all Taglia guests. The satisfaction of our guests depends on you for many reasons- greeting and seating, answering the phone, and maintaining restroom and front door cleanliness.

Server/Bartender
- As a server/bartender, you have the greatest direct impact on our guests’ dining experience. Consider yourself their tour guide to the dining experience at Taglia. Your personality, menu knowledge, and use of the service steps are key factors to guest satisfaction.
HEART OF HOUSE
Your job is to provide our guests with the highest quality, freshest possible meals. As a culinary professional, you ensure standards are maintained by adhering to systems and procedures. You must create a hospitable environment in the heart of house with your smile, body language, tone of voice, and positive, can-do attitude. You are receptive to the needs of our guests and your fellow team members.

Dishwasher
- Without you, nothing- absolutely nothing- will reach our guests. You are responsible for every plate, glass, and piece of silverware being clean and sanitary for our guests. Some of your responsibilities include: proper knowledge and maintenance of the dish machine to ensure excellent results, maintaining your area to ensure adequate supply of clean stock for all areas of the restaurant, and helping to keep the entire kitchen area clean and organized. During meal periods, you will assist one of the positions on the line.

Prep Cook
- In your position, you turn our quality food products into delicious, ready to prepare items for the line. You are not only a cook, you are a quality control expert, carefully critiquing each item you prepare. Some of your responsibilities include: turning fresh ingredients into precise recipes, maintaining proper rotation of both prepared foods and raw products, and keeping the prep area organized and sanitary. During meal periods, you assist one of the positions on the line.

Line Cook
- We have various line positions depending on the concept you are working. As a line cook you work as a team to create meals for our guests. Your responsibilities include: developing a “spirit of teamwork” with other cooks, providing quick, efficient service to our guests with a sense of urgency; turning raw and prepared items into menu items following the proper specifications, communicating with the front of the house to ensure guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
