Job Overview

Job Purpose: To serve food, drinks, and to accommodate club member and guest needs in a courteous and timely manner to ultimately create a unique and enjoyable experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet club members and guests, answer questions, make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service
  • Interact verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
  • Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via the point-of-sale system
  • Deliver food and drinks to guests following service standards
  • Observe guests and responds to any additional requests
  • Present guest check to each table and accepts a form of payment. Makes correct change and/or completes the proper charge card procedure
  • Participate in the clearing and resetting of dining room tables; including but not limited to: wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant
  • Complete assigned opening and closing sidework
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to:
  • Completion of ServSafe® training and Ward County food safety certification
  • Enforcement of alcohol responsibility policy


  • Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length
  • Ability to frequently bend and kneel with a good sense of balance
  • Frequent washing of hands and immersion of hands in water
  • Ability to lift and transport items up to 25 pounds frequently throughout shift
