Position Summary

The Barback at FireHorse Saloon plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in keeping our bar operations running smoothly. You’ll support bartenders by restocking supplies, keeping workstations clean, and ensuring everything is in place to serve our guests efficiently in a high-energy country dancehall environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Restock liquor, beer, mixers, ice, glassware, and garnishes during and after shifts
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar throughout the night
  • Remove trash, change bins, and clean spills promptly to ensure safety
  • Assist with deliveries, and inventory rotation
  • Help clean and reset the bar at closing: surfaces, tools, floors, and equipment and bathrooms
  • Respond quickly to bartender requests during high-volume periods
  • Ensure all bar stations are fully stocked and prepped before each shift

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Prior barback or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical, fast-paced work
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and quick to adapt
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation

  • $10/hour + share of tip pool
  • Bi-weekly pay
