Job Overview

Responsibilities 

  • Will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the food that the cooks are sending out is to our house standards.
  • Making sure the food gets to the CORRECT guest in a TIMELY manner.
  • Being the communiation between the line cooks and the server/bartenders.
  • Ensuring the Expo Line is clean. Face paced environment causes chaos when unorganized. As Expo we are looking for a highly efficient organized individual who works well under pressure and can keep an organized, sanitary work station.
  • Upkeep and Cleanliness of the Salad and Sauce Bain-Marie.
  • Food Safety is a priority in the kitchen. Hand washing and glove wearing during appropriate times is a must.
  • The EXPO is responsible for cleaning the line, putting away/restocking all sauces, utensils, towers, and hooks. Restocking the ketchup packets, to go boxes, wet naps, to go bags, etc.
  • Expo is responsible for making salads and desserts.

  • Excelent Communiations Skills
  • Able to work in a high paced, high stress environment.
  • Organization and cleanliness
  • Ability to problem solve if needed.
  • Good work ethic with ability to work long hours on your feet.
  • Read and speak english clearly
  • Time Management Skills are very important to enure we are putting out appitizers and entrees on time.
