Job Overview

We are looking for Team Members that are self motivated, takes initiative, guest oriented, and wants to learn to help keep us on track during your shift in our vision of an industry disrupting business model; built to produce true success for our staff, tenants, drivers and customers. We offer our tenants an innovative, new, end-to-end solution for delivery and carry-out (there is no dining room) beginning with 10 individual virtual kitchen units, independently owned and operated, in which entrepreneurs license our kitchens (250-300sq ft) producing unique food concepts.
The Day-to-Day: You Are the person that keeps everyone on time. You Are the one who knows what’s up next. You Arethe person who can see three steps ahead. This is who You Are. The day-to-day work will involve:

  1. Use ChefReady technology to track ticket times
  2. Switch roles from an expo to runner
  3. Verify orders are complete
  4. Organize orders on racks waiting for driver pick up
  5. Hand off orders to drivers
  6. Answer phones and handle customer service needs
  7. Comply with all federal, state, county and local regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor

Requirements:

  1. At least 18 years of age
  2. Have working knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
  3. Direct customer service experience
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, technology-driven customer-focused establishment
  5. Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the business’s trading area
  6. 100% on-site environment
  7. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
  8. Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as part of your regular schedule
  9. Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
