Team Members are responsible for preparing and serving up our delicious, all-natural, energizing smoothies as well as consulting and assisting customers in choosing the right vitamins and nutritional supplements to help them reach their health and fitness goals. They are responsible for ensuring Guest satisfaction while following store policy.

    Qualifications:
  • Be yourself and come to work ready
  • Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Food Service experience is preferred but not required
  • Commission Sales experience helpful
  • Ability to think outside the box to satisfy the guests
  • Genuine care and understanding of people's needs
  • Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS!
    Responsibilities:
  • Creating and helping make custom nutritional supplements and vitamins smoothies
  • Providing guests with information on smoothies and retail
  • Providing the best possible experience in the business
  • Being a part team dynamic and adding to a team
  • Respect everyone who comes in or on the team
  • The ability to lift up to 55 lbs
  • Must be able to count currency
  • Making custom-blended smoothies the way that is asked
