Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, provide bar menus, and make recommendations
  • Drink Preparation: Garnish & Serve beverages
  • Inventory Management: Keep track & Restock supplies
  • Cleaning/Maintenance: Set & Clean tables. Remove dirty dishes. Clean work areas
  • Collect Payments & Return Change
  • Alcohol Service: Ensure responsible service of alcohol and check customers' identification
  • Food & Safety: Ensure health anf food safety standards are met
  • Set and clear tables: Prepare tables for guests, remove dirty dishes, and reset tables with clean linens and silverware
