Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Warmly greeting guests, taking accurate food/beverage orders, and handling inquiries.
  • Order Management: Using POS systems, conveying orders to the kitchen, and checking for accuracy before serving.
  • Table Maintenance: Clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing tables promptly after guests leave.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for 4–8 hour shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests and kitchen staff.
  • Multitasking: Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Math: Proficiency in calculating bills and processing payments.
