Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our team. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the bar runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in the hospitality industry or gain experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
- Replenish drinkware, ice, and garnishes as needed
- Help with inventory management and restocking items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the bar
- Assist with cleaning up after events and nightly closing duties
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with guests
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Prior experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
