Events Team – Tiny Tapp (2026 Season)
Tiny Tapp is a seasonal restaurant and bar on the Chicago Riverwalk serving great food, cold drinks, coffee drinks, and beautiful waterfront views all summer long. From May through October, we host a wide range of private events and celebrations along the river.

We’re hiring full-time Events Team members for the 2026 season (May–October) to help set up, run, and break down events. Because we’re located directly on the Riverwalk, event setups can be more involved than a typical venue, so we’re looking for dependable, team-oriented people who enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Pay
$20/hour + tips

Responsibilities

  • Set up and break down event spaces (tables, linens, décor, signage)
  • Assist with event service including food running and serving guests
  • Help ensure events run smoothly from start to finish
  • Coordinate with managers, bar staff, and kitchen team
  • Keep event areas clean and organized before, during, and after events

Schedule

  • Full-time seasonal role: May – October 2026
  • Flexible availability required
  • Most events take place late afternoon or evening, with occasional morning events

Ideal Candidates

  • Reliable and team-oriented
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to lift and move tables, chairs, and event equipment
  • Hospitality or event experience is helpful but not required
