Job Overview

Responsibilities 

Support bartenders and floor staff throughout each shift
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, tables, and common areas
Monitor and restock supplies (beer cooler, N/A beverages, soda, paper goods, silverware, plates)
Turn and reset tables between guests
Manage trash throughout the venue — inside and outside
Assist with takeout order readiness and bag prep
Keep menus stocked and organized at bar and barrel
Greet and acknowledge guests as they enter and move through the space
Water indoor and outdoor plants at end of shift
Complete opening and closing side work as directed by the manager on duty
