**WEEKENDS REQUIRED FRIDAY-SUNDAY

  • Wipe tables and chairs with disinfectant after tables have cleared from guests
  • Push chairs in neatly
  • Sweep crumbs and debrees from floors
  • Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, tables, and common areas
  • Monitor and restock supplies (beer cooler, N/A beverages, soda, paper goods, silverware, plates)
  • Empt full trash cans throughout the venue — inside and outside
  • Keep menus stocked and organized
  • Greet and acknowledge guests as they enter and move through the space
  • Complete opening and closing side work as directed by the manager on duty
