We are seeking a reliable Food Prep Cook to prepare sauces, chocolate salami, ravioli fillings, and other menu items according to our recipes and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, portion, label, and store ingredients and menu components.
- Follow recipes to ensure consistent quality.
- Complete the daily prep list efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and minimize waste.
Qualifications
- Kitchen or food-preparation experience preferred.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Able to follow recipes and work independently.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
