We're looking for dependable line cooks who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in preparing great food. If you work well on a team and like staying busy, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work one or more stations during service while maintaining speed and accuracy.
  • Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked.
  • Communicate with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with prep work and restocking as needed.
Qualifications
  • Valid Food Handler Certificate required.
  • Previous line cook experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Schedule

Typical shifts are 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM and 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Applicants should be available to work either shift as needed.
