Role Overview:
As a Line Cook, you will be preparing and executing dishes with precision, speed, and consistency. Your focus on quality, timing, and teamwork ensures each plate meets our standards and exceeds guest expectations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Cook and assemble menu items according to recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.
  • Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work one or more stations on the line during service, adapting quickly to changing volume and orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station before, during, and after each shift.
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, coordinated service.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Assist with prep tasks, inventory rotation, and restocking as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Food Handler's Certificate required.
  • Previous experience as a line cook strongly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
