Job Overview

 Line Cook Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes per recipes and standards
  • Keep the kitchen clean and organized
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Help with inventory and restocking
  • Work with the kitchen team during busy hours
  • Maintain food quality, presentation, and portions
    Server Responsibilities:
  • Greet and serve guests in a friendly, timely manner
  • Take accurate orders and process payments
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming dining area
  • Communicate with the kitchen and staff for smooth service
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle guest requests
    Skills & Qualifications:
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada with a valid SIN
  • Food prep or serving experience preferred (training provided)
  • Reliable, friendly, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety is a plus
  • Vietnamese speaking is an asset but not required
