Michelin Starred and New York Times 3-star Spanish small plates restaurant in Gramercy seeking motivated, hardworking COOK with great work ethic and a solid team player to work in a fast-paced, open kitchen environment. Our menu is seasonally focused with an emphasis on sustainable seafood and local meat and produce. We have a whole animal butchery program, and rely heavily on the bounty of ingredients from the Union Square Greenmarket.
