🌟 About the Role

As a Barista at Kekuli Cafe, you’ll be at the heart of our fast-casual Indigenous cuisine café and specialty coffee house. You’ll learn to master the Coffee/Espresso Bar and Smoothie Bar, and prepare delicious food items such as sandwiches, tacos, and bowls. We provide complete training, so all you need is a great attitude and a love for people.
This cafe is going places! Learn the best customer service and become the face of each customer’s coffee journey—every single day. If you have what it takes to be unique and make Kekuli Coffees, we want you! We’ll train you, and there’s room to grow in this exciting and expanding franchise.

💼 Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, hospitable service to every guest
  • Multitask across coffee, smoothie, and food prep stations
  • Follow recipes and maintain consistency
  • Keep your station clean and organized
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to create a welcoming environment
  • Engage with customers—chat, smile, and make their day

  • Some barista or food service experience (an asset, but not required)
