Responsibilities

  • Create and order beer labels
    • coordinate production calendar, deadlines, and label quantities with Head Brewer
    • coordinate with artists
    • send proofs for approval
  • Create and organize visual marketing collateral
  • Manage and maintain the company website
    • events
    • job postings
    • new releases
    • merchandise
  • Manage and maintain menus
  • Coordinate and organize philanthropic and/or collaborative projects
  • Provide and coordinate with department heads on visual marketing for events, projects, releases, etc.
    • tap handles
    • badges
    • supporting graphics
    • sales sheets
  • Maintain all visual marketing within the restaurant and taproom, including seasonal decor
    • holidays (Christmas, Halloween, etc)
    • main chalkboard taplist
    • fliers, event posters, etc
  • Drive sales through brand recognition and reputation
  • Work closely with the Director of Merchandise and Director of Social Media

Skills

  • Must be well versed with the Adobe suite, specifically illustrator
  • Use of Microsoft 365
  • Preferred familiarity with Wix.com
  • Efficient Organization
  • Time Management
