Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Server to join our team. The Server will provide excellent guest service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring customers have an enjoyable dining experience. Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Process payments and operate the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
• Upsell menu items, drinks, and specials
• Follow all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
